Antebi provides service for five years in Büyükada (Big Island). All the legumes, spices and baklavas are brought from Antep (Gaziantep). Salad and pomegranate syrup is made in Antep. Most appreciated dish is ezmeli Antep kebab.
Abugannuş that is a salad with aubergine is also one of the interesting dishes in the menu. Yuvalama (a traditional Gaziantep dish made by small meat-balls) is 7 TL, altı ezmeli kebab is 15,50 TL, kuzu şiş (lamb on skewither) is 14 TL, kebab with aubergine is 13 TL, alinazik (a dish made with eggplant purée and grilled meatballs) is 13 TL, piyaz with olive is 6 TL, aubergine salad is 5,50 TL. Restaurant is open between 12:00-22:30 hours.
